Council Meetings are held at the Village of Hazelton Council Chambers on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 8:00 p.m. The public is welcome to attend.

If you would like to bring a specific matter to Council's attention, you may write a letter to Council to have it placed on the regular agenda, or you may appear at the Council meeting as a delegation. Please submit any information for the agenda to the Village office by 12 noon the Friday immediately prior to the scheduled Tuesday meeting. If you would like further information, please call the Administrator at 250 842-5991 or by email.
